Property location is convenient when we’re in town .
That this was the second time my reservation got canceled because I did not show up at a certain time .

The hotel was easy to find, comfortable, and met our family's needs for an overnight stay after attending an event nearby. Everything about the room and the stay itself was exactly what we were looking for, and the location was convenient for our plans.
The only issue was with billing. We had prepaid for the room through Booking.com, but after our stay, the hotel charged our card again because they were having trouble processing the payment method provided by Booking.com. The charge was eventually reversed after several phone calls. Still, it was frustrating that we had to spend time resolving an issue between the hotel and its booking partner rather than having it handled behind the scenes.

Front desk lady refused to let me switch rooms after I informed her that there was a family with little noisy kids next door.
