Very friendly and helpful staff especially the young man at check in. He went above and beyond to help when I couldn’t get icemaker to work

Hot water was spotty and not very warm. Lavatory sink plug didn’t work and I couldn’t get ice maker to work.

It was on my way to my destination.

Toilet seats were not comfortable. The way the room was setup was not ideal. No place to hang my towel in the bathroom.

The staff was pretty friendly and helpful

The bed wasn't that comfortable, the walls were very thin I could hear everything the upstairs neighbor was doing. Every ice machine on each floor wouldnt work with the bucket but it did work with the cup.
