I didn't stay there due unsafe and unsanitary conditions, unsuitable for anyone! JUST NO!!!

There Is nothing I liked about this hotel, I can't answer this question because I truthfully can't think of anything good. The only thing I liked was the picture of the Hotel "facade" which had nothingto do with the Location or the rest of the Hotel.

First of all I didn't like the fact that as soon as I arrived at the Hotel there was not lighting inside the reception room, I saw chairs and tables piled up in the front desk area. there was only a young Lady whom seemed very nice, gave me a card with the gate code. As soon as I drove In the buildings where rund down, broken windows, and abandoned vehicles where parked there with broken glasses. I felt very unsafe and very anxious with the whole situation. As soon as I opened the room I was hit with a fowl order, the beds where made with white sheets but had stains, the restroom had used towels. I went to the front desk to complain. She said I was going to receive a full refund, but I'm still waiting.

Got to property tried to cancel but was charged

Didn’t feel safe at the property for my kids so I tried 4 times to cancel and no one would answer but I was charged. Completely out raged

I came in the hotel, and I came right out, demanding my money back

The only thing I liked about the property what the price

The property smell like pee. The door would not open the door would not close or lock. The bathtub had rust in it. There were no closet shelves or closet door.

you have a nice hotel. Please work on that hot water though

Bed was firm and comfortable for a tired back, very quiet and restful. The young man working at the desk helped me when the wifi did not work and got it working quick. He also helped my wife carry a heavy bag to the room something I did not expect but appreciated a lot.

Only one thing was negative about the experience is that the first night I took a shower after a very long drive of ten hours and it was quite cold this was at 7 pm so maybe they were out of hot water, I did not know how to adjust the setting for water temperature. Next morning I took another before we left and it was not hot but lukewarm and good enough maybe a guest should take any showers early in the morning to get warmer water?

FukN nasty

I liked Nothing at all.

I ordered 2 rooms and they was nasty, no trash cans, no hot water in either room, the floors was nasty from construction workers that did not clean ûp behind they self, the roof leaked, the lady at the front desk was so rude and nasty, no refrigerator, no microwave no phone no lampshade on the lamps no wifi code for the wifi it was just all bad. The pool outside and all type of trash in it, all the room doors was wide open because they we’re remodeling, so it was wood, mattress, cords ect all out in the wall way, I’ll never recommend this to anyone EVER!!!

Weed left in room Kids were climbing on my car no respect for other ppl vehicles Staff always outside smoking weed nobody was never in the office And cops always showing up looking for suspects They even had the whole hotel surrounded by cops cause of the ppl that were there

The property is nothing what they advertise. It was dirty, unsafe, trash everywhere outside, kids running around without

Absolutely nothing!!!! Will not be staying again. Had I known what it looked like before hand I would not have booked and paid for

Everything. It is ran and looks like an apartment complex in one of the worst neighborhoods. Lobby is closed have to call the number and get a guy who does not know how to run the computer.

We weren't prepared

The A/C was cold. The staff was friendly.

First of all, when we drove up we thought the place was abandoned. After waiting & calling the number, the friendly attendant let us into the office so we could check in. Once in the room we noticed it looked just as abandoned as the outside. The walls in the room were dirty with fingerprints and dirt that built up over time. The beds were made, but smelled dirty. The furniture, toilet, bathtub, etc. were worn and torn. Initially there was no warm water. After a call to the front desk, we had enough warm water for about half of a shower... which was shared with a roach. Originally there was no remote for the (glitching) TV either, but after a call to the front desk he promptly brought one to us. We wore sandals in the room, didn't sleep under the covers, & decided we felt more clean without showering. We would not recommend staying here. The facilities were clearly old and worn, but with proper care and attention this place could be a tolerable stay.

Never Again!

The fact that you need a gate code to get in but all the criminal activity is already inside the property

Was nothing like advertised on booking.com , the rooms are old an out dated, needs deep cleaning, paint an new floors, drugs being sold while staff does nothing about it, prostitution an drug use, property needs cleaning

Awful! Booking.com needs to remove.

Nothing here to live.

Dirty! Bathroom not cleaned/dirty water not drained in tub/ dead bugs. Closet door broke so unusable. No WiFi. Had to find staff to check in. Top sheet had big stain at the top!

awful smelling bad location and booking.com did not refund us back our amount and no response also

Nothing at all

We reached saw the location and went to room and thats it we were not there for one second also immediately left the location.It was very awful and bad smelling place even person who was working there also agreed and said I’m sorry i know it is very bad. Sunrise dint charge us anything but booking.com did and they never refunded us amount back and now they are not even responding for our emails or calls. Never book from booking.com again ever

We had to wait around 15 min for anyone from reception to check in. Hotel is old and unfortunately not cleaned, all the furnitures are sticky, on first room we have found cigarette ash in bathroom and whole room smelled of cigarettes. After change the room, we have found a sock on the floor after previous guests and dead cockroach in a wardrobe, additionally hairdryer was destroyed and we had to wait for technician to replace it. I do not recommend this place at all, photos on booking shows clean rooms which does not exist I think.
