Horrible mattress, worn out, sleeping like in a hammock. It caused me terrible back pain. It should have been discarded long time ago.
Poor choice of plates and fishes. Only 2 plates provided (one normal size and the other appetizer size), no mugs for coffee. No salad bowl, no chopping board, no frying pan. No kitchen knife. But , ironically, there was a dishwasher! Ha! Ha! What for? 2 plates? We appreciated staff cooperation and willingness as they brought us 2 mugs and one frying pan immediately. Unfortunately they couldn't change the room for us as they said it was fully booked. We got a ground floor room and we had to deal with all the hotel traffic passing in front of our window. These ground floor rooms (like 104) shouldn't be rented as rooms for guests. Location of such rooms is totally unapropriate for a holiday. No balcony at all and windows barely opens to allow some fresh air.
