Good stay for short amount of time.

On the beach, friendly staff, good breakfast

The room was TOO HOT and would never cool down. We opened the door to the hallway because it was cool in the hall and it cooled the room down a couple of degrees. The shower would change from scalding hot to freezing cold.

No early check in

The beach was great.

The front desk staff was rude. My flight was very early. I have never had an issue checking in early. I expected to have to wait till at least noon, but I was told that check in is 4 and I could try back at 2.. No smile, not I am sorry just facts and kinda of rude. We were told told we could leave bags and use the beach. Weren't give a key card to get back in. When we came back at 2 we're told no room. This time the front desk clerk was nicer. She did say come back at 3 and we would have room. We were given a room then.

Exccelente relacion precio calidad.

La ubicacion es excelente para salir directo hacia el downtown. Al frente del hotel 2 empresas para rentar autos y a 2 cuadras 2 convenient store.

Lamentablemente el televisor estaba con un problema en la pantalla (que segun supimos ocurría en varias habitaciones lo mismo) y no pudo ser resuelto. Se podia ver pero con la pantalla tenia unas manchas o puntos luminosos.

Excelente hotel amplio lindo limpio re bien ubicado a muy buen precio!

habitacion muy grande muy comoda con escritorio para poder trabajar bien, precio calidad excelente, buena ubicacion cerca de la playa y del centro, muy limpio todo, personal muy atento

la gastronomía no es muy buena, tienen pocas cosas en el menu y no tiene room services, un poco caro los precios para comer y desayunar alli. igual excelente onda los mozos y personal de cocina te atieden re bien. todos son muy amables.

I would stay here again!

The location was fantastic for going to the beach. The pool was great as well!

The offered breakfast was $25 which was a little much for a breakfast.

Housekeeping didn’t change towels i was there for 5 days I hade no breakfast because it cost 38 dollars a day no microwave in the room parking cost 42 dollars per day it was to expensive I wish I would have read the fine print

Not so good experience.

The hotel being walking distance to the beach.

There were no restaurants nearby, and the cost of food inside the hotel was way too pricy. There is nothing in the rooms to identify attractions or things to do and / or see. The front desk workers seemed bothered when you asked a question, with the exception of the lady that greeted and checked us in.

The beach was nice

The only great thing is it's on the Beach and staff are fantastic.

Expensive. A margaritas was 24.00 plus tax and tip. Breakfast at the hotel was standard buffet, but a la carte was better, average cost was 24 to 30$. Hotel is being renovated, but seems like just lipstick. I would say 3star on the Beach at best.

Awful, waste of $280. I would like my money back.

The only thing I liked was that it was close to the beach

I did not like it at all, the picture on the website is nothing compare to the actual facility. The facility smells musty, it looks super dirty, there was no phone in our room, the room was very uncleanly. The roof was leaking, the bathroom clogged was disgusting. The elevator wasn't working, the pool wasn't open. I wasn't impressed at all. For $280 USD I was expecting more.

Close to the beach, quiet place , good staff.

Bedroom and bathroom too tight, no free parking, breakfast not included, bit old building. No microwave oven , no acessory kitchen(ete).

Had trouble extending our stay with the hotel personnel.

location was good. lower rate.

Location of room near elevators- constant hydraulic whine. Construction noise across the street. Shower knob extremely difficult to turn on and hot and cold water direction reversed. Bathroom not cleaned well, stray hairs on shower wall.

Customer service was great.The front desk was very accommodating, as were the valet parking attendants, restaurant employees,housekeeping, and the young man who helped us with our luggage.

Rooms were a bit dated. The bed were not too comfy, but ok. The bathroom is definitely in need of an upgrade... a bit small, and the faucet wasn't working properly. Overall, it was OK for my stay
