Basic accommodation, clean, comfortable beds, very friendly staff.

Very friendly helpful staff on check in and check out, Comfortable beds, basic though nice and clean with everything you needed in your room and good eatery next door at the sports bar,

Our room overlooked a guest outdoor entertaining area, and we couldn't open the blinds as it felt like you were in a goldfish bowl. everyone could see straight into the room, perhaps the hotel could look at adding net curtains then at least you can have some natural daylight coming into the room.

A nice place to relax while handling a stressful traveling situation.

My plane was canceled due to a snowstorm (while we were on the tarmac, no less), and I had to make a reservation quickly. This hotel has undergone a complete transformation under new management since I last stayed here. There's a connecting restaurant that was very comfortable and had good food. The room was great and clean, and I slept well. The shower was good and I was more than ready to catch my 5 am flight.

If I were staying long-term in Buffalo, I would seek out a hotel away from the airport where more things are available, as well as access to public transportation. Other than that, I don't have any complaints or concerns.

The room was comfortable, and the hotel was nice. There are parts that are still under renovation but that did not affect our stay at all.

Airport pickup in the middle of rhe night was very convenient.

Construction everywhere while the facility is being upgraded. But they do a good job of keeping room clean in the midst of all the big changes.

Pillows and comforter

Pictures didn’t match rooms. They put us in an old dated room when they have renovated rooms. Bathroom too small with old tub and ripped wallpaper.

Great room and staff! I would recommend it because of the convenience, comfort and staff.

Very nice room which was on the first floor as requested. The beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing. So friendly and willing to assist you. It was great to be so close to the airport and have 24 hour shuttle service which was available every 15 minutes.

It was just what we wanted. Not problems.
