Good value for the money

Comfortable and in good condition

Floors were dirty, especially the hard floors and the closet floor. Staff were nice, but nowhere to be found at checkout.

Very enjoyable.

Staff were all great, friendly and helpful. Room size was excellent if needed would do extended stay there.

Would like to see USB charging ports in rooms. Two minor things I noticed. 1. Heat/AC was beginning to rust. 2. Vent in shower was beginning to need cleaning.

I appreciated the friendly & helpful staff, but disliked the fact that the hotel is old & feels worn out.

friendly, efficient staff members, full kitchen with big refrigerator, good location.

The luggage carriers were very dirty, & the drawers in the kitchen were dirty. The toilet was singing, but an employee replaced the piece that had worn out. The elevator broke down for a day or two, but a helpful employee carried my groceries up 2 flights of steps with strength & cheer. Everything looked old & worn, but the staff said that in 2024 the hotel is going to be remodeled. I will wait till it is remodeled before staying there again.

My stay was pleasant comfortable and I would recommend to others

There was no breakfast offered. The front desk stated if you want to buy some of the items they had in the refrigerator they would charge it to your room .

Great location and really fair value. We didn’t need them this time, but they had free washer dryers which is a nice amenity.

Comfortable and perfect for my needs.

I loved my 1-bedroom queen suite. It has all the convenience and comfort of home. That was important because I tend to stay in Brentwood for weeks at a time.

I noticed some disrepair around the property but people were working on it. I am concerned about the mildew around the window seams.

Staff wonderful; room needs deep cleaning

The staff are amazing. The friendliest staff I’ve ever seen - and there were at least five different people I encountered. Dog friendly, the set up of the rooms were great- small suites with full fridge and kitchenette features, separate bedroom, large bathroom.

The rooms need a deep clean. We switched out first room because the pull out bed for my son was dirty. The second room had a clean pull out but smelled like a smoker had been living there (non smoking room). The walls were greasy and the air vents were filthy. The main part of the room was okay- like, housekeeping did their job, but the room needed a major deep clean beyond sheets and wiping down surfaces.

Key cards intermittently did not work. Fire alarm. Knife not sharp. Flashing red light on phone (could not stop it). TV location was awkward. Only one (office) chair at dinette.

*being charged $10/hr if we wanted to check in an hour early. * no sheets or blankets in the room for the pull out couch- asked at the desk *the air conditioner in the living room is blown through a hole in the wall into the bedroom.

The location

The room was not really clean. The metal table had rust coming through. The floors were not clean, shampoo, conditioner, body wash containers in the bathroom were empty,There was no creamer for the coffee. The sheets were paper thin.

The facilities need renovating, modernization. The king size bed seemed to be a full, but definitely was not a king.

Very good

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Loved having the full fridge/ice maker and kitchen. We also could not hear other rooms or people.

Our heater made a lot of noise, rattling and off and on often. Chris at the desk was great with helping and working with us.

Rooms smelt like wet dogs. And weren't clean. The old bedding was left on the pull out couch and folded up with the couch.
