Staff very friendly and helpful when asked questions not pertaining to the property.
They were good no problem with Holiday Inn but with Booking.com my name was put in first name as last and last name as first. When I got there they said they didnt have me but when i showed them my confirmation they had to go to Booking.com to find me, honestly that was a bit frustrating because they were fully booked.

Room and common areas were very clean. The buffet breakfast that came with the room came with a good amount of options.
