Great property, horrible staff.

The rooms were a great size and very clean.

With no warning, we were charged a parking fee and they put a hold on my card of $150 for security fees without letting me know as well as charging my card for the room cost. When I called to ask why I had a double charge, the staff was very rude and told me to wait a few days and I’ll get my money back……

Terrible. My room reeked of smoke . They didn't offer to put me in another room or compensate me any other way. They

It was nice but only bathtub was stuck and not draining

Spacious and nice

The bath tub was having problems, water not draining and stuck . Tell the staff no body come and fixed it and no room to exchange

Very good

I got a quite & clean room as requested. Check in and check out was fast. Like the kitchen ware that was available but didn't need to use it

We prob would not stay again here as there are other choices nearby that have free breakfast for the same cost.

The property was fine. No coffee supplies were offered, coffee pack was there but very merger. No creamer or sugar and the coffee maker was left dirty. No one had cleaned it.

comfortable stay with my pet

the place is pet friendly. rooms were spacious and it was very comfortable

charged flat rate for pet rather then nightly charge. it’s not like or dislike but it could use some updating but it is perfectly fine

good location. 2 min drive to grocery store (Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace) and various eateries. ample parking. 5 min drive to Morris Plains Station. friendly and helpful staff.

A great value for the money

A quiet, clean hotel. The staff was excellent. Free, washer, and dryer too!

My room is in need of upgrades. But, completely usable.

Perfectly adequate.

What breakfast? I was happy that the shower worked and it looked relatively clean. Bed was comfortable.

It felt pretty bare bones; there was no complimentary water, which would have been nice, as the prices of buying water were outrageous. The shower faucets needed to be fixed as well, and the heating a better control system.

Amazing staff! The whole hotel seemed clean and smelled great. Nice size suite. Good pet walking area.

Pet fee is $75 and up!! They also have a $5 parking fee. No breakfast.
