Everyone was really friendly. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was amazing, between decor and other guests.
Nothing. I actually got there early and the gentleman at the desk was able to get us into a room and they were super friendly to our dog!

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and courteous throughout our stay. Their customer service was definitely a positive aspect of our experience.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room as soon as we walked in, particularly around the kitchen sink area. We also found dirty towels left behind the shower door, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. The gym was another area that needs improvement. The equipment was outdated, and there was very little variety in the machines available. For a hotel of this standard, I expected the facilities to be cleaner and better maintained. Overall, the room cleanliness and condition of the fitness facility fell short of expectations. I hope management addresses these issues because they significantly affected our stay.
