Safe and fun family time.

Very clean, very kind and helpful staff! Very accommodating. Also felt very safe. Pool was great.

We had a very good and restful stay.

Breakfast was wonderful ! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location had homeless people around which was a little scary when they approached you.

I liked the breakfast choices

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat had pee stain on it, a lot of hair from previous guest everywhere, a lot of dust on the tissue box and the window.

Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. My kids loved the pool. Even though it was very cold.

Building needs some maintenance. Our family was in 2 different rooms. There were small issues in both rooms.

We liked the breakfast options, the cleanliness of the pool, and the semi friendly staff.

I asked for housekeeping service for the second day but did not receive any. I really just needed my trash changed.

Disappointing

The breakfast was same with all holiday In , pretty good

Well we checked in are room, there was no bath towels for are room we called they was nice to bring some up . The 1 to 10 on cleanes was 5 out of 10 . Look like the bathroom door needs to be replaced ,hade hole in the door. Some spots in the room needs to be finished painted. An on the wed page it says daily cleaning for room. An you most make sure ask for service for your room . Or you won't get it cleaned. I would say if they would keep on maintaining rooms an cleaning little me , it would be good place to stay . Not worth the price this go around.

Had a nice stay here and would book again.

Staff was super friendly. Room looked updated even though the hotel appeared to be a bit older. Free breakfast was amazing and location was perfect for our stay. Bed was comfy too.

the location because it was easy access on and off the freeway

There was mold, cockroaches, mold in the cinnamon rolls that are given at breakfast, towels, carpet and bedsheets were dirty.

Breakfast was great and the best part of the stay.

Check in staff was rude and appeared to have better things to do than to check us in. Rooms were not clean. There was candy left in several places by previous stay. Dirty wash wrap left in shower.

Breakfast is awesome! Pool was great, clean rooms

They had staff walk out so our room didn't get cleaned one day but we were understanding. Had to ask for.towels and garbage bags but staff was great

Superb

The hotel room was comfortable, clean and the pool/ Spa & Gym was clean and awesome. The breakfast was very delicious and I love the selections they had.

Just needs more cleaning in elevators to help keep up with COVID sanitation that the hotel is respectful keeping up with.

Great staff, location, and stay.

All of the staff I encountered were very professional and nice. They greeted me and smiled. Judy was especially helpful and friendly. Now-a-days most employees rarely look alive, but not here. They were great. Next time I am in Albuquerque for a night or two, I will stay here again. Certainly recommend.

Close to dog park. Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet after 10:00.

Front desk staff was not helpful. Charged an extra $50 fee without telling me. Shower handle not reachable from the side Too expensive.

Confronting and cozy

The employee were very kind and friendly also they answer all my questions they had everything we needed in the snack area the breakfast was great the pool was nice and clean house keepers were very kind and efficient first hotel I would say I would love to come back

A great space to land after a hard day of driving!

The property was in a great location, breakfast was nice, overall the hotel was clean and very comfortable.

Overall a nice room for a decent price on short notice.

The room was very large and very clean, even though we did find a watch that the housekeeper somehow missed when cleaning the room.

The vending machines were empty, the staff was nice but unhelpful. There was no parking available near the windows so we couldn’t see the car.
