The service was excellent from start to finish. The valet service was great, and we really appreciated receiving complimentary breakfast vouchers. Our room smelled fresh, was clean, and felt welcoming when we arrived. Overall, the staff helped make our stay enjoyable, and we appreciated their hospitality.
Although our overall experience was positive, we did encounter a water bug in our bathroom, which was disappointing and took away from the comfort of our stay. I hope the hotel addresses this issue to ensure all guests can enjoy a clean and comfortable environment.

The location was great.
The suite was fabulous however the toilet was very low. I didn’t feel the need for a handicap suite. However the toilets didn’t seem standard size which made it challenging for me. I had knee surgery 6 months ago. I can use a standard toilet without a problem. This one very low and made using is challenging.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. And I generally love the property.
This time it was not up to the usual standards.
Rooms were not as clean as they used to be.
