Location on the river walk and the over all look of the hotel it’s self we’re the best parts to me, the staff was very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience all around.

Location beautiful
The carts to bring ur belongings in were unavailable and when we did get one the tire was flat

Location is nice. Room was large and nicely organized. Staff was pleasant.
The pool was not in service during our three day trip. I understand things happen but I picked the hotel for this reason. I suggest calling to see if it's operating before you book. Other than that it was a decent place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. And I generally love the property.
This time it was not up to the usual standards.
Rooms were not as clean as they used to be.
