Location is great and very convenient for going to the nearby shops.
The parking situation needs to be upfront or at least acknowledged in booking. It should've been mentioned that there would be an additional charge to my card it was Separate from the hotel itself. Even with the deposit charges. There was hardly anything for overnight parking and extremely frustrating to deal with when the staff was pretty vague as well.

Great stay, room were clean, the bar area had good drinks and good food! Not to mention, I forgot my designer glasses and Laura went beyond to make sure I knew how to make a claim to get my glasses shipped back home!! I give it a 10/10! Definitely will stay again in the future!
Valet parking could do better!

The room was clean, the staff were nice, the building was very cool and historical. Loved the location too, easy to get pretty much anywhere just a quick half mile walk to the main part of the riverwalk.
The rooms smelled old and musty, the air flow isn't great and they have no fan in the room to keep air flow going. The location is also not what I would consider the safest, at the end of the night walking back I definitely didn't feel overly safe having to walk back to that area. I would uber next time for sure if we chose to stay at that location again. Also, the room I booked was nothing like the photos of the booking, it was very small. Also, the valet parking is $60 a night which I was not expecting, as I did not see it posted on the website so be prepared for that.
