The front desk clerk and breakfast attendant were friendly and accommodating.
Listed as "Downtown" location. It was not in downtown Portsmouth.

It was the most budget friendly for Portsmouth. Close to Highway. Short Uber to downtown.

Parking area
The coupon for 2 persons for breakfast but you can get only 1 glass for juice. The second glass you have to pay. You also have to pay separately for coffee and tea plus taxes. The elevator was so old and slow. When we checked out on Monday June 01, at around 10.00am the electricity in the elevator was out so we have to walk down by stairs from the third floor without notice. When I asked the reception he said we have a maintenance just like that.
