Location and Customer service
The sink at the bathroom was clogged. The door in the room got completely locked at night. I could not get in the room with my key neither with the front desk employee.

Good location
Road noise on freeway side. Was moved to front of hotel much better. Hotel is really showing its age. Door to hallway had gaps. Rooms dated. Really needs a upgrade
