Very good

I loved the spaciousness of the room and the kitchen unit/ living room. Perfect for families. The overall value, cleanliness, and aesthetics for the price is unbeatable. The breakfast was also very decent. The staff was more than pleasant, they were delightful!

Suite with a separate room was nice. The breakfast buffet selection was good.

Pull out bed is uncomfortable. Sink in the open is obnoxious! Hate that! The breakfast attendant was very nice but may have needed more help. Plates ran out and napkins for too long. Decaf coffee was cold both mornings. Maintenance seems to need to do better at communicating with front desk.

This was a decent place to stay but not fabulous.

The staff were ok very nice and the rooms were clean.

The nightlight in the bathroom does not have n off button and that was frustrating. I finally figured out I could push the test button (it’s part of the outlet) and the outlet shut off turning the nightlight off. Also, the pullout bed was a great option and we needed it but there were no extra blankets. When we asked for one, we got a thin coverlet instead and we were told that there weren’t any more blankets.

The staff and the entire facility was amazing. The breakfast was delicious as well as the availability to attend meet and greet. We enjoyed our stay at your facility.

Decent but pricey and not very clean

Breakfast was good. ZERO options for my wife who was Gluten Free. We had to use Door Dash to feed her.

I cannot believe the filthiness of the shower we had. There was literally a TON of pubic hair on the back side of the shower. There is NO WAY the maid cleaned this thing in tow days. When we took our shower the first night it was there, when we left Sunday...still there. Disgusting for the price. The cost was astronomical. We altered our stay via booking the first night, but then they put us as a NO SHOW stating they never got the request....we are out over $200. Will never stay there again.

Great stay

Liked the amenities. The staff was super nice . Rooms were clean

After I checked in the hotel manager told me the water was going to be off for a few hours during my stay. Was a little upset about this . She told me I could cancel my reservation which kind of made me feel not welcomed. Other then that the stay was good . The water never got shut off , so it turned out very good. Loved the BBQ area they provided. Id stay here again. Check out was very quick .

Good location, met our needs.

All staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A bit outdated decor. Would suggest someplace for luggage. Maybe a Keurig instead of a drip coffee maker.

Just a little outdated. The bathroom was pretty tight. Need an ice machine available. Only had the ice from the coke machine available. How about Stevia for coffee!

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Check-in was quick and easy. Excellent location to local shops and eateries.

I'm a person with color to my skin and noticed that the front desk staff offered more information about the facilities offered by the establishment to the more fair skinned individuals that preceded and followed me. Actually, I was just given check-out time.

Very calm and spacious.

it was very nice and clean. My kids liked the pool are as well very clean and fun. The room was nice and warm all night, very quiet and it smelled really good.

The only thing was the wait for a dryer in the laundry room because one dryer was not working..

$50 non-refundable charge for one small dog.

Breakfast area was clean and fairly well stocked. It's in a nice area off of the lobby with a fireplace.

I did have to ask for the whipped cream for my waffles this time.. she just forgot to put it out or it had been used up. The soft drink machine needs help. On both visits the carbonation/syrup was low.

Excellent. Felt like home.

Staff was very accommodating and respectful. Breakfast was excellent, we almost thought we were back at home. Location was safe and near our desired destination. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips.

We didn’t like that we didn’t have enough time off of work to stay longer.

They say it’s the little things that make the difference. This property is the difference!

Absolutely everything was perfect. From social meal nights mon - wed, amazing hot buffet breakfast with daily variations, spotless suites with cooking facilities, fully stocked guest pantry and complimentary laundry facilities. Everything was included in the room rate. Highly trained, friendly staff from housekeeping all the way up to desk clerks and management. They could not do enough for us to ensure our stay was perfect. There was also an outdoor lounge room with fire place, an enclosed large garden patio complete with gazebo and barbecues (again, spotlessly clean), full gymnasium and indoor pool plus free office printing etc and a small guest library. All the little things were well thought out and provided. definitely somewhere I will be making a bee line to next time I’m in the US. PERFECTION

the only thing I didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer.
