Really enjoyed the Tesla Charger you had for free. The front desk people were friendly and responsive. The only issue I has was the TV. Very old and poor picture quality. The A/C was loud but it did work good. I tried to use my home log in for Netflix but it wouldn't work unless I signed up for some plan. What was that!!

I liked that you have breakfasts, like that you looked for some missing shoes after we left

The woman at the front desk whose name started with a D I believe charged the card before we arrived which hasn’t happened in the past, risking a fee on my bank account. I selected the pay when I arrive option so I wasn’t pleased. I get there and need assistance paying for the hotel room, which involved a family member assisting us, because the rates are pretty damn high for a mid-tier hotel. Nearly half of my rent amount. The woman at the front desk then said my mom couldn’t transfer points because I’d been bamboozled, fleeced, etc. although she used a similar word, because I used a third party booking app. I don’t think we could have transferred the points anyway but I said that was string language and unnecessary and to be honest it was insulting and rude. I just don’t care about points. I rarely travel. I told her that was an unnecessary thing to say and that I was confused as to why she said it. She never apologized. I’d never been insulted and treated so poorly as a customer there. Then after you lost power with the tornado, you never offered a discount. But primarily because of your staff, I’m never coming back and you were my go to place for visiting family for years.
