Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Large room with adjustable air condition WITH A CONSTANT FAN option. The extra noise really helps. Also love the free breakfast and extremely fast check-in.
The toilet handle stuck every time it was flushed. Also someone needs to come up with a new latching system on the room doors so they don’t slam and latch so loudly.

we enjoyed the hot tub! the room was averaged sized and fit my family of four perfectly
the pool and hot tub was very humid. because it was a smaller room for both the pool and hot tub, the pools temperature was warmer than expected.

Large living space was very nice. Convient and easy access to hotel. Pool and hot tub sufficient.
Baseball teams ate all the breakfast, only q staff member refilling the continental breakfast, vocally upset, couldn't keep up and was not aware of all the teams that were going to be there. This is a management issue, should have been extra staff, and food prepped in leiu of knowing the teams were there. Disappointing Pancake machine out of service

Breakfast was delicious. Loved the cinnamon rolls and the omlets. ASHLEY AND TAYLOR was very kind and helpful. I had surgery at Lutheran. Always asked me if I was ok. And said hi to me

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My room was spacious and clean. There is really nothing to complain over.
There was nothing I didn't like except the weather was really cold. The hotel had no control over that LOL

pool is nice but small, once you get a few people in there it gets crowded pretty fast

everything was terrific. the beds were very comfortable, pool/hot tub clean, quiet and very friendly staff.
smoking outside front door is too close. non smokers will easily smell smokers as they enter & exit.
