Don't Believe the Photos or the Reviews - this property is terrible! Do not book here. Disappointing

Nothing!

Do not book this property! The person at the front desk was exceedingly apathetic. All she seemed to want to do was to return to her microwave dinner and her Netflix movie on her phone. The rooms are disgusting - damp and moldy. All we could smell was cleaners and mothballs. The fridge was totally covered in rust. When we went to the desk to complain, the person offered a different room, and then said that there was nothing she could do. We left and never received a refund from the hotel or from Booking.com. Deceptive photos and reviews! Poor business practices and customer service!

Very Good and would go back!

No complaints! I would definitly return and it would be perfect for more than a one night stay.

The drive to Ohio Stadium was a little farther than anticipated so Uber cost a bit more but still worth it!

hotel took my money and refused to give me a room!!!

I booked a room by the airport for late plane arrival. My wife first name was on the booking. Her flight was delayed. I showed the ID with same last name as the booking, credit card used for the booking. The attendant refused to give the room key, refused to call a manager, and shut the door of the check in desk. She mentioned that the room would be reimbursed. 3 weeks after, i have not been reimbursed and I had to find a hotel room somewhere else. Worst service in my 15 years of hotel experience.

Generally fine stay

My god mother didn't get as much help as I'd hoped for. They wouldn't help us with the cart to bring belongings in or out. I was grateful to get the wheel accessible room but it would have been nice to have a little more assistance overall. She couldn't get in the bed because it was a bit too nigh and staff, i guess, didn't have a stool to aid her l so I brought her a stool from home to help her get in the bed. The room was a bit stuffy too. Overall, an okay stay. Great customer service would have made it better.

Exceptional

excellent hotel!!! The value was a little steep, but the golf tournament was in town-lol!! You should see the change in value in Augusta, Ga. during Masters Week. Again, excellent hotel.

Every single employee greeted my friend and I every time we saw one. I've never stayed in an extended stay hotel type of place but I imagine the kitchen is very handy on trips where you might stay more than a night or two.

I had to cancel the last night (of 3 and more than 48 hrs in advance) and as far as I know I was charged for the night anyway - not sure haven't seen receipt emailed yet.

Quiet, convenient location.

Staff was supposed to email receipt for bill, they never sent it. Booking.com charged a lower price then what the hotel charged to my card.... about an additional $10 over what was booked. Dusting of room corners and window sills needs some attention.... cobwebs and dusty.

It was comfortable place to sleep.

Bed was very comfortable. Nice to have the kitchenette. Great location.

The room smelled musty. Had to purchase Febreeze to spray drapes and carpet and linens. Bathroom door was dirty. In general room was clean. Treadmills in workout area did not work. Limited selection of weights.

The room was so gross that we left almost immediately after arriving. The smell of the room was nauseating and there were stains on the lamp shades. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the toilet seat was gross and had to have never been replaced…ever. I was shocked that they charged what they did for that place. I am out the money and didn’t even stay in the room for an hour.

Excellent location, good staff. Room was fairly clean.

Most of the common areas and hallways smelled like weed even though it is a non-smoking facility. Also had to pay for parking

There were just small things that could be improved upon. Overall, it was clean & pleasant

I didn't have breakfast there.

Just several small things. TV remote didn't work (maybe just needed batteries?) The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. There were no hangers in the closet. There was no soap for the shower...just one small round bar of soap at the sink.

I needed the time to relax and I did.

The WiFi connection was horrible. And I had to pay and extra 100$ more and Booking Never made that clear at the time of booking reservations. Not fair.

Wouldn’t recommend

location

Property was outdated was told they are undergoing renovations. The sheets had visible stains all over them you could tell that they hadn’t been washed. The receptionist was nice and agreed to refund me my money or change rooms. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

Disappointing

Fit our needs. Close to airport for early flight the next morning.

They turned on a dryer in the middle of the night right under our room. It woke us up until we had to go down to the desk at 1am to get them to turn it off. By that time we were awake and never could get back to sleep before we had to get up and head to the airport
