No hot water in the morning, empty dispensers for shampoo and lotions. Additionally the dispensers falling off the wall, and breakfast was very disappointing.

Avoid

Location to restaurants in area and proximity to airport.

Stayed 2 nights. First night the A/C malfunctioned and would not turn off regardless of how I set thermostat. I ended up unplugging it but didn’t not sleep at all. Sink drain was also clogged. Breakfast was terrible both days. Both days, they were out of food at 6:45 and the girl running it had a terrible attitude. No coffee either at 6:45. I told the girl at the front desk, and her solution was to ask me why they didn’t make coffee that morning. Um, I don’t know if they made coffee, but they were out at 6:45 and the girl who was supposed to be taking care of breakfast was AWOL. No problem solving skills; just deflection. Came back from business meetings all day to find that the A/C and sink drain had been repaired, but the bathroom floor was filthy after repairs and the room had not been cleaned. Well guess what, it’s their “policy” that they only clean the room every other day. I requested another room and they moved me. The second room’s mattress was worn out and smelled musty. I ended up Febrezing the bed bc of the smell. I would avoid this place. It must be a franchised location with owners who do everything as cheaply as possible. I hope this helps someone avoid a terrible experience.

Major hassle

We were robbed and it was clearly an inside job License showed up at a local bank in attempted fraud Last day of trip it miraculously showed back up Never got towels for 4 days Said they were on a will call basis

I had to travel for work, on my birthday nonetheless. The hotel was fabulous. I slept well, their breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the staff was phenomenal.

All was ok until Sunday morning July 2. I went back up to our room after breakfast and found a strange man entering our room!!! I asked if he worked for the hotel, no he said this is my room. I checked to make sure I was on the 4th floor and at room 418!!! I was! Time was around 9:20am. Well before checkout time. I retrieved the last few items and left. I told the ladies at the checkout counter that I was very upset about finding some stranger entering my room. They couldn’t do much since they just came on duty! I was given a card with ph# to call. This was Sunday morning july 2 2023. Since July 2 2023 I have called 5 times and every time I’m told someone will call back! I yet have to receive a call! Today is Friday July 7 2023. I really hope someone will call! This was a most unpleasant and scary experience! Thank you, Mona Smith 1-505-310-1510

A much appreciated comfortable, clean and beautiful place to lay my head after a very long road trip

This facility is absolutely beautiful and especially for the price. It was the the last night of a 4 day cross country road trip and I needed a good night sleep and I got it. Thank you. I especially appreciated how clean everything was.

Attitude of front desk staff. Unwillingness to honor special requests mentioned months in advance at time of original reservation. Bathtub did not drain, conditioner never refilled, beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable!

Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Great stay. Very pleased. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The pool was wonderful. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Hotel location was just minutes from our destination.

The only minor thing worth mentioning was the elevator. It was a bit slow and sounded as if it could use some greasing/ belt maintenance.

We regularly stay at the Hampton Inn since it is a convenient location and a comfortable stay.

Great breakfast. Plenty of parking. Easy check-in and check-out.

A little noisy because of youth hockey teams on holiday weekend, but not bad. Sometimes front desk isn't manned.

Very relaxing, which is what we were looking for.

The location was easy to find, otherwise just ok. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, rivalling some restaurants. The room was as I expected, not exceptional, but good.

The wifi was only available to those who were honor club members. In this day and age there should be a guest wifi available to all guests, even if for a nominal extra fee.

They don’t have good housekeeping

is fine

The housekeeping don’t clean the room if you don’t ask for that. I left a pant in my bed and they put a note in my bed that they can make the cleaning because they can touch my stuff. ok the can make my bed because I left a pant. But no clean the bathroom too and doesn’t pass a map in the bathroom floor
