The location
Compared to other IHG places I’ve stayed…this was a huge disappointment .. the bathroom was not in good shape.. the shower/tub combo was sketchy… it moved when showering and you could see water seepage being soaked up the wall.. room 328 was an ada room… the curtains were old and gross.. the rod fell off the wall when trying to open the curtains … at check in the girl there keep yelling at the kids running around while checking me in…very unprofessional in my opinion… there would have been a better way to handle that especially when you have a customer standing in front of you. I really wished that I would have taken pictures, but unfortunately, I did not.
