It was very easy to get to.
We did get a suite and the hide a bed could use a new mattress but my son said it wasn’t to bad.

The location was fine. I don't like the idea of having drinks anyone can access that is in an uncovered pitcher (one without a designed top cover.). These had no top. The most impressive thing I witnessed was the floor staff of women cleaning the rooms. They cleaned everything and I mean everything. The most incredible of thing was the smile and happiness they showed in during their job. It by no means was fake. Our room was clean, no dust, or hair found. It wasn't the same as the first time I set foot into it when it was first built, it was much better than a year or more ago. It is one of our favorite hotels, so I was happy with what I witnessed in the staff and management. Hopefully, our next stay there the investment to improve will be to upgrade the floors and entertainment in the room, especially, two TVs in a room of that size. overall I loved my stay and the pleasantness of the staff at all levels.
1) Breakfast needs to keep improving; No drinks should come from an uncovered pitcher.
2) No instructions for using the TV or WIFI information instructions.
3) Large rooms with separate seating areas need two TVs small 30 to 40 inch in seating area and large 60 -70 inch for bed area with operation and charging instructions.
4) There should be known security, if any, to customers.

shower had cracked and broken floor in the inside that was pretty disgusting

Staff was responsive, Breakfast was good.
This location took a large a basement room and hap hazard Ly turned it into a somewhat 2-Queen Suite.
