It was quiet staff was friendly
The room was cleanish. The couch wasn’t a pullout like we thought but when my niece and daughter went to pull it out there were crumbs and cereal in it. The carpets didn’t seem to be vacuumed as well. Dishes were dirty in the drawer as well
