Loved the location next to Ummelina.
Parking garage was dark and the exit was hard to find. Signage needs improvement.

With how much you charge, bfast should be included. I usually stay at Marriott but they were fully booked. Their room rates are cheaper but they include bfast.

- furniture in room is battered
- front desk got check in information mixed up. Gave my drivers license. Drivers license was very clear what my last name is. Receptionist literally just has to read LAST NAME: xxxx and type that. How do you mix up something that basic
- front desk also was confusing to talk to. I asked them what time does the gym close. She says “ gym doesn’t close. Around 10 pm” how does it “not close” but close at 10. You’re a Hilton property. Do better

Great staff and great location, wonderful brewery nearby. Facilities were clean and bed was comfortable.
