The initial entry was modern and clean.
The tile floors in the room were sticky and showed my footprints right away.
The shower heads were messed up, where the main head wouldn't work and the hand-held one would not stay in position, but slid down the pole it was mounted to as I tried to shower.

They staff was friendly and it was convenient location to the funeral.
The elevator was right by our wall very loud and hard to sleep. . The bathroom drain wouldn't stay plugged for my 3 yrd great nephew to take a bath.
