I would probably stay there again in the future.

Our room was clean with the exception of a few areas which could have used a little TLC, but overall it was OK.

The toilet seat was disgusting. Toilet seats are inexpensive and could be replaced for $10 so it should be an easy fix. The housekeeper has to pay attention to the small details and report it to management. There was no hot water in the shower, but because the temperature was in the 90’s it didn’t bother me, but my husband was very displeased.

Nice place overall. Very helpful, kind staff

Breakfast was good during the week but attendant wasn't around much on week end and thongs were empty.

The hotel was nice but the staff was out of this world. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable and feel welcome. It is greatly appreciated!

For the quick visit we made, our stay was fine.

Reservations online were fairly easy and relatively quick, but there is room in the process for some simplification. Staff at front desk was excellent, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not quite up to par with breakfasts at other hotels of this price range. I thought the turkey sausage patties had a strange, unappetizing taste. I've had much better scrambled eggs at other places. The novel pancake machine, on the other hand, turned out fresh and tasty pancakes.

Very poor experience with the noise issue and the carpet in the suite is stained and disgusting.

Breakfast bar was kept well stocked with food. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained.

Constant noice heard in the bedroom. Music and television from common area is below the bedroom and blaring loudly all night. Was unable to sleep in the bedroom at all because of the noise.

dirty bathtub, shower fixtures needed caulking, shower ceiling rotting away, supposed heated pool and hot tub, pool not heated and hot tub inoperable

our room was not ready when we arrived at 4:20pm. I had even messaged ahead. we had a funeral to get to and had to change in the public restroom because we had no room the next day I was told I couldn’t check out late. a little ridiculous considering room wasn’t ready for me. but I’m expected to get out on time

Will definitely be on the top of my list whenever I decide to come back to town again.

I really enjoyed the variety of choices for breakfast very delicious nice and clean everything well organized.

I have pretty much nothing negative to say about my stay at the hotel we enjoyed our stay staffing was very nice and welcoming.
