Very easy intersection to get in and out of. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, and welcoming. The furniture was actually pretty comfy, the view of the park was lovely, my daughter liked the spacious bathroom. The breakfast was nothing grand but what I did have was pretty tasty. Most people would probably say the decor of the rooms was outdated and very 70s/80s giving but I found it a very nice change from the sleek and bleak from the modern day stays. The inside of fridge and microwave where immaculately clean.
Overall I would say the place was considerably clean given the amount of time I assume the housekeeping staff is given for each room but my major complaints are that the cabinet door on front of the refrigerator, it had streaks all down the front of it, there was what I assume to be a caprisun straw kind of under/behind the corner of the bed which I was not about to touch, and behind the side table on the other side of the bed there was a lone lost white wall charger. I didn't see any bugs until we where leaving the breakfast area, near the waterfall on the first floor someone had squished a cockroach. Not a palmetto bug. It was a cockroach. Also the fan, or exhaust situation in the bathroom is not in the best shape which seems to be causing mold to grow on the ceiling and humidity to stay in the bathroom. Also... The microwave wants to steal your food. When you use it, and it finishes it locks.. As soon as you hit the button to open the door it starts rotating again, and won't let you have your food so you have to guess which buttons allow access to your dinner.

Staff were all friendly and solved issues quickly.
When we arrived we were given a dirty room that hadn’t been cleaned with trash and unmade beds. Even after we got our new room, it was visually clean, but upon closer look it felt pretty dirty. You could see missed spots, smears and spray marks on all of the wood surfaces, corners of hallways were caked in crumbs and dust and just generally not throughly cleaned.
