We stayed in a room that has been remodeled and it was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Close to interstate but also quiet. Easy access to local venues. They are remodeling but everything was still clean and accessible.

Location was good. A new Starbucks with easy access was right there along with gas stations and a Papas and Beer Restaurant (great food). Easy access to the interstate. The front desk staff was nice.
First room(with a king bed) had a high pitched noise in it. Front desk personnel could not locate the sound but was amicable and provided another room (double queen). That room smelled like dirty water. Front desk was made aware but no one checked the room. The bathroom had mold in it and the fan did not work. The hotel is being renovated but this was not noted anywhere (I would not have stayed there if I knew this). Construction noise was loud during the week. The business center was closed/out of service. The gym was closed the first night I was there but luckily it was opened for the rest of the week. I'd use the Hampton across the street before using this Holiday Inn.
