Did not get a chance to experience

I did not like that I was not told at the time of booking that there were reneovations affecting the usage of water from 10am-6pm. Unfortunately, this was my entire stay so I had to leave after a few hours of arriving. Hopefully, there will be another chance for me to experience a stay at your facility.

Remodeling going on . A little dirty to be expected , didn’t bother us.

The room smelled. The toilet didn’t work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the TV remote didn’t work all the time. The price was intirely too high for the quality of the poor experience.😞

It was a short stay, and overall just okay.

I did not have the breakfast.

The front desk clerk was at best nonchalant. When I arrived, she matter of factly informed me that the room would not be ready for another 20 minutes. She said you can wait in your car. I also asked if there was somewhere that I could check my email. Then it became obvious to me that she didn't want to be bothered. She was not rude per se. The clerk at check out was just the opposite. She was friendly and helpful.

the location in proximity to our sorority event

the wifi doesn’t work. the door keys are crappy. the hotel charged me TWICE. the refrigerator didn’t work so our food spoiled.

The location

I found a long hair in the bed when I pulled back the sheets, the carpet was very stained and there was hair on the toilet. The beds were too high off the floor and they didn't offer a free breakfast

Outstanding and great stay in this hotel

Breakfast was great, fresh and all the types of food for breakfast that I love. The food was warm, great coffee and the fruit juices were a great choice. The morning pastries were delicious and I love the open area in the lunch room.

There was nothing wrong that I felt or saw.

Nice and comfortable Holiday Inn.

This Holiday Inn was a nice surprise. The property is attractive, the room was comfortable and the staff was nice. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Early morning we realized that we did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom. After a call to the front desk this was taken care of right away. Overall, a property I would recommend.

The hair dryer did not work and I asked them to put one in my room when they brought fresh towels. We were gone all day. We did not get a new hair dryer or fresh towels.

Great place

I liked the comfortable room. Plenty of parking and the made to order breakfast was excellent. I actually liked it better than the continental breakfast most hotels offer.

I can't say anything I didn't like except I couldn't stay long enough. 😄
