Very new, over all was clean. Loved having a full size refrigerator and microwave as well as cooktop.
Had a live cockroach in my bathroom that I had to kill. Always people outside smoking all over constantly. Beds squeaky, just turning over in bed.

Very clean inside and out. The room was above expectations. One of the best lodging facilities I’ve been to. I have been to some places that people hang outside of the building and in the parking lot but this Woodspring did not have that and it made me feel a lot more comfortable.
It is hard to think of something I did not like. It was a great stay.

There wasn't any breakfast.
We were able to get last minute reservation.
Electrical outlet in bathroom didn't work
The was slow to drain w/ a smell
The room smell like a dog had been living in there
The light from outside kept us awake
Had to kill 5 lady bugs since the window was left open.
