The location was convenient for our trip with easy access to main highways for travel. It was quiet except for early morning workers staying there.
The elevators were held up more than once by what the front desk said was housekeeping. But they did not offer to remedy the issue to alleviate wait time or use of elevators. Took some time for hot water to come up in shower and sink. Advised room cleaning every 3rd day, but that did not occur.

Breakfast was "ok". No coffee one morning.
The room was clean and comfy.
There were ants in the room.
The outside pool was small and in a high crime area.
