I like the customer services when we arrived too the hotel. Ms. Tiffany was amazing and we appreciate all she did to make our stay wonderful, and Keem was very helpful in our needs. We had a wonderful experience.

staff was very friendly.
I had very little hot water. the last day was just cold water. not real happy, but I was leaving, so a mood point.

The location was good, the staff was friendly.
Very disappointed with the fact that the facility claims to have a pool, however apon arrival they were undergoing maintenance and the pool area was completely shut down. We were there and chose this hotel for the pool because we were traveling with children. Also all the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty.
