Even with a power outage causing disruption to the checkin process, I was given a room with no key (the maintenance gentleman opened the room for me. I returned after midnight, and my keys were waiting for me. Very impressive!
The price was a little high, but considering the effort the staff put into making everyone’s stay exemplary, it was worth the price.

It was clean
The pool was out of order and they knew it before we got there but did not tell us until the day of. I stay every other year and that’s my reason for booking. How I knew that they knew was because I meant a lady that was checking out from a 4 day stay and she said it was out from day one. And they offered me $50 dollars bk what is that. The beds were hard and I saw over 5 roaches.
