Very friendly staff, and centrally located downtowm

The Frontdesk girls were fantastic!

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, from the check in to breakfast and all other questions. The room was small but comfortable. Location was very close to everything I needed.

Handy to red line metro into DC. Very close to nice grocery store. Good welcome cookies.

Our first room smelled musty and later on in the night we realized there was a lot of water dripping down the window and wall by the air conditioner. We had to go very early into the city and when we returned a bit later in the morning to report the issue and ask to switch to a different room for the next two nights the woman at the front did not apologize for the inconvenience and acted as if we were to blame for not reporting it sooner. They also claimed to have been trying to reach us about the issue of a leak from room above ours but they hadn’t called or texted about it. Our new room was better. TV sound quality and choices were poor. Neither room was super clean so we don’t intend to stay again.
