Big bedroom and good restaurant.

Beds need new mattresses and bathtub had a weird angle on the floor.

The facility property was ok. The person at the front desk was not a people person and does not know how to treat customers with respect. I asked her if I could have a cup to make tea in my room because I used I of the 2 the night before and my husband used the other one this morning. She said to me in an angry tone. Someone will bring it to your room. I told her that I need it immediately that’s why I came to the lobby to get one myself. She was not helping anyone and no one was there. She said I have to wait until someone takes the cup to my room. I said to her don’t you have a spare in the lobby or the restaurant. She then went to a room by the front desk and gave me one. The person who was serving breakfast was talking to someone when myself and another person needs to ask her questions about. breakfast. We stood there for about 10 mins and she was still talking and saying good bye to a customer . After 12 mins I have to asked them excuse me because I have a quick question. The customer then said goodbye to her. I have been to several Double Tee hotels and I never had such issues. Will never used this particular Double Tree again.

The garage. The B level garage was terrible. It smells and going down to B level water was settled on one side and it smells. The garage was dirty the doorway and elevator which takes you yo the lobby was filthy. I will never used hotel.

The room was nice, I loved the shower, and I loved the decor. The sheets were a bit worn down, but clean.

Maybe slightly fresher/newer linens and sheets.

The room was clean. Everything worked. Parking was available. Room 1518

The bathroom was very small. There is no way to contol the volumn of water coming out of the shower. the water coming out of the shower is just under the capability of causing a incision Changing the direction of the shower head spurts water all over, The shower door handle needs to bee tightened. The Front door, is extremely difficult to open/close.
