Great location for Busch Gardens. Staff
were very helpful (Tina and Regi).Shuttle bus was an added bonus.

Right away was greeted amazing first day of check in. All staff was great and informative. Room were clean and breakfast was amazing. The shuttle drivers are super amazing both deserve recognition since both drivers treated everyone well and gave awesome info that was helpful.

Property is great for location to Busch Gardens and other amenities when traveling. The shuttle service to the amusement park is convenient. Staff was annoyed to have to do their job.
Staff was annoyed to have to do their job. Room wasn’t very clean and was in need of updates. The breakfast foods were all cold. It’s a loud area so if you want a quiet stay this is not the location for it.
