I loved the text service for questions. Rooms were super cold in this 100 degree weather. Staff was happy and customer oriented.
Broken elevator…I needed the exercise.

Floor lamp in the room did not work, bedside table lamp did nor turn off had to unplug it!

Plenty of parking, clean. Was able to get a one hour late checkout. Staff were super friendly.
Shower was either scalding hot or lukewarm, no good in between. Breakfast ran out of food,so no eggs or oatmeal available after 8:30. One of the two key cards didn't work. Elevators are very slow. Couldn't find any water bottle fillers so had to try to fill bottles with drinking fountain or use sink.
