Room had roaches everywhere, room smelled like pickles, 32" TV that was so far away from the bed it was worthless, people roaming the parking lot or just outside the room.

That more than 85% live there so people were working on cars in the parking lot...dogs were roaming...the first room stunk so we switched rooms the second room the patio door didn't open...and the 3rd room we didn't know till it was too late that the damn toilet didn't flush we had to poor water in the back all night and the water pressure sucked so it too forever to fill the trash can up with water.....the bed was horrible full of knots and a hug dip in the middle. Would never recommend...

The room was clean and nice overall

The sliding door to the patio was extremely hard to open. The toilet wouldn't flush sometimes. The a.c. cooled the living room, but it wasn't cooling where the bed was. The bed would have been comfy however there was a pretty big dent in the mattress

Horrible would never recommend to anyone

I didn’t like anything about this property

The whole place smelled horrible, the room smelled so bad like rat droppings and pee real bad the hotel was not clean at all the floor was sticky in the kitchen , the oven didn’t work, behind the tvs there was trash the carpet wasn’t clean at all . Overall the place was horrible my family didn’t even stay I checked it out then left the manger didn’t refund my money or deposit or even tried to help me any kind of way but I don’t care I have twins babies I wasn’t fixing to let them sleep in that mess .

Not worth the money that are asking for nor the understanding of the hotel is very very very Nasty

Nothing, I really should be compensated for the first day ,that room was so nasty I had to move the next day

The rooms are really outdated and nasty. I told the front desk/owner and the thought nothing of it. I paid $260 for two days and a $100 deposit, for a very unkept room.

Overall, a decent place to stay for the price.

Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the price. The staff was courteous and professional. The roomy, apartment feel was nice. The other occupants at the extended stay were very nice and respectful. The staff respected our wishes to not have house cleaning done to out room. The grab and go bag breakfast was nice. The proximity to attended event was a plus. Again, it was a decent place to stay for the price.

I am not used to staying at an extended stay, so I felt a little uneased about staying at a place where one enters their room directly from the outside like and apartment. A channel guide would have been helpful to have to figure out what stations/movies channels I could access. The main inconvenience was the gnats in our room. We believe the gnats were coming from a gap between the hardwood floor and the rubber board in the bathroom. The refrigerator light was out but it was still working and kept things cold. We had to use a towel to reduce the chances of slipping in the tub during a shower. Someone played loud music nearby for awhile but it stopped around our bedtime.

close down while you during your repairs to the hotel people come because they work and need a peaceful mind you do get

the front desk person both ladies are great Thad even person is not the whole place lost cable and internet for over 12 hours and I was told i could check out tomorrow lmao I know and I am

no internet no cable and it took 4 days to get a fridge that worked and all my food was spoiled

It was a terrible experience, and I don't want to go back to this hotel if I have any other options.

There are kitchen facilities and refrigerator, and the room space is OK.

All the air conditioners and appliances like TVS and refrigerators are old and there are big cockroaches crawling around, making it feel dirty. The sofa is very old. It should be more than ten or twenty years old. It should be replaced. The sheets and covers were old, washed and torn, and there was a terrible smell. I didn't even change the sheets or quilt cover when I first checked in.

got charged twice for my stay at check in and front desk lady argued with me there was only one charge when my bank showed otherwise. messed up my weekend. sliding door did not lock. faucets were rusted whatever metal door or vent is above the shower wasn’t closed all the way. shower and restroom the same. fridge was dirty. dishes were washing in the dish washer when I got into the room. cigarette butts in sink and on top of fridge. sheets were clean at least

I was a compete terrible disaster for my son's birthday and I will never book here again

I think the only good the about the room I liked was that it was spacious.

First off upon check in into my 2 bedroom suite the downstairs TV didn't work and no one was there to fix it. Secondly the down stairs bed had huge stains in it and the cabinets in the kitchen had soiled tissues in them. Lastly, and by far the worst thing of all I opened the draw of the bedside table and found 2 used needles and a cigarette lighter inside I took photos and took this issue to the front desk still to no avail. Again Noone could help or explain. I was told to come back in morning. I went back this morning and there was still no manager.

I trusted and expected much better from a Wyndham property; extremely disappointed.

The staff, particularly the evening staff at check-in, was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. When I returned to the office shortly after checking in, stating I wasn't comfortable entering my room due to a man loitering about the buildings and parking lot, I was moved to another room.

Property is a converted apartment complex that sits behind several office buildings. Exterior lighting poor, kitchenette in bad repair (broken microwave door, missing drip pan from burner, broken cabinet drawer), no security bar (broken) in sliding patio door (was found the next morning in the top of the closet), bed lumpy and did not feel clean. Would have opted for the upstairs bed, however, the air conditioning was not working in the loft. In any other circumstance, I would have requested a refund and stayed elsewhere, but I arrived late and had to be up very early so I felt trapped. Did not relax or sleep, which made the return drive the next day extremely difficult.
