Location, staff were polite and beds were comfortable.
The carpet in our room was very dirty, could not go without shoes or the bottom of your feet would get black. Sink did not drain very well and shower stall wall had a big crack in it.

Place was clean
Would have liked to have had some natural light in the room. The shade did not open. The room was right next to the parking lot. Don't know if that makes a difference. When I mentioned this to the front desk upon check out, the first thing she said was that she could not offer me a discount. Not everyone is always looking for money back. I was just letting someone know so it could be looked at. Sometimes things happen. That's life
