Staff was great. We arrived around 10:30pm to find our reservation that we made on 7-21-26 through Booking.com was no where to be found. So the staff got us a room but we still had to pay another room charge. But to get our money back we have to deal with booking.com. Just another problem I don’t need.

Absolutely everything!!! Comfy beds, good pillows, spacious room, amenities and the best shower ever!!
We were short coffee cups...that's the only thing I can think of

It was clean and neat. I loved having homemade oatmeal available for breakfast.
We were next to the elevator and that was irritating. I was woken up at 6am and heard it every few seconds from then on. I’m not happy about that. I also heard a dog bark.
