Clean, well designed lobby and breakfast area. Fitness room was easy access and well equipped. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff was great and the breakfast well presented. I didn’t eat there though as I am an organic fresh food very clean eater so coffee was it -I had it black as I saw no milk alternatives such as almond, soy or oat. 🤷🏻♀️
I went out of my way and paid more for the hotel as it had a pool which is one of my top priorities. I called and they said it was open. When I arrived I went to the pool briefly for a quick swim and planned to go in the next morning for a proper exercise. The pool was closed and being cleaned and worked on; it was not open for use. I did ask for a credit on this stay, but they said no. I wouldn’t have stayed there miles out of my way if they had said the pool was unavailable.
The front desk didn’t ask about my Hilton points membership # and I forgot about it. Wish they had asked so I would have gotten points…
