The hotel was decent. Management be kind to your employees.

Upon check out, I observed the person I assumed to be the (manager) was very rude/hateful towards the employees. Her tone was very disrespectful and unprofessional. The desk clerks and housekeeping were very nice.

HORRIBLE!!!

Area was ok!

bathroom needs a little TLC!! staff that checked me in was amazing but the one that checked me out was horrible!! bad customer service! over charged me for a room! after I stated it had came off my card! I checked out to see that I was charged 3x instead of two I called to let her know and she hung up in my face which was very DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! being that this is a holiday inn express I expected more! I’ve never had a issue with any holiday inn but this one was a nightmare!!

ok hotel just needed deep cleaning

good breakfast friendly staff

parking lot had lots of trash, cigarette butts, hall floors were dirty. there was a used dried up wash rag in my shower curtain. had to get staff to come help us with TV as we had two remotes and staff struggled to get out tv to work. had to switch to HDMI3 to make it work. but staff was friendly and trying hard.

Very disappointed

The room was very clean and they had quality shampoo and conditioner and also body wash in case you forget yours.

I didn't like the fact that our air conditioner/heating system wasn't functioning except for the fan. None of the buttons worked so therefore we burned up all night which prevented us from getting any sleep and had to work the next day. It was horrible. Also they also tried to charge us twice! Once on my card when we arrived and again at a little after 12 am on my wifes card. I just don't see how that could have been a mistake when it was almost 2 hours later.

It was great no pool access.

The rooms were great and they had great breakfast.

I have visited family in selma and this is my second time staying there since remodel and still no pool in service. My child and husband are water people. The st. James is cheaper but no pool and microwave and refrigerator so we paid the additional for the amenities and no pool for the second time.

The stay was great but the manger’s attitude was terrible

My room was nice and clean, breakfast was great, most employees were nice.

I paid online and was still charged at the facility, twice! While trying to resolve the issue, the manager had a terrible attitude.

Th bed slept comfortable, overall stay was not what we expected for our Anniversary Weekend!!

The breakfast was ok, the orange juice didn't taste normal to me, I couldn't drink it...

When we arrived at our room # 329 as my husband said it smelled like feet and ass, the base boards were pulling away from the walls and at night getting up going to the restroom my husband killed a cockroach. We had to go buy carpet freshener, lysol and febreeze to clear the smell on a daily. We like to maintain our own cleanliness of our room when we go out of town, we couldn't receive extra wash face rags or towels, unless we turned in the other, and we would have to go get anything needed ourselves,we would have to ask for trash bags to even change out our on trash. The phone in our room didn't allow me to call the front desk and the carpets through out the building needed to be vacuumed and steamed cleaned..
