Staff was great. Couldn’t get over how quiet it was. The bed and pillows were incredible.
The lobby is great but the hallways and rooms are starting to show their age. Needs updated

The breakfast policy was not explained at check in and there were 5 in my party. When I have stayed in HIEX in the past breakfasts have been complimentary. The carpet in the halls was worn, buckling, and fraying in places. The pool water was cold. The shower floor was slippery and we nearly fell several times. There was no hair dryer.
The beds were clean and comfortable.
