Won’t ever be going back there again I promise myself.

After driving all day and after making reservations in advance. I was finally able to at least get a room.

Staff was not helpful at all. So offensive and there were roaches.

Disgusting!

The layout of the suite was well thought out.

Hairs all over the toilet seat. Hairs on the blanket. Promised to get a new blanket, did not. A bugger on the coffee pot. Food drippings on furniture. Not clean! Mold in first room before we asked to move.

The major problem I had was I had to renew key code every day , I thought that was crazy

This place is a dog hotel.

No breakfast.

This was a disgusting dog hotel. The room was covered in dog hair. All over the couch, the carpet, the pillows, even the sheets in the bed! We asked for another room but was told there were none available. So, we got replacement pillows, sheets and asked for the vacuum so we could at least clean the floors. There was lipstick on the glasses in the cabinets---obviously not washed. The whole place smelled just like a smelly dog--- the hallways included. Never would we stay here again. Would have gone to another hotel if we could have found one available. Unfortunately, it was memorial day weekend. They said their head maid had quit a week before. Poor excuse. Looks like people live here. Lots of people carrying in groceries and doing loads of laundry. Pictures on the website are deceiving.

The bed was comfortable.

No breakfast, which we think is a good thing. Wasteful.

No drive up to check in and was raining. We had to park and walk in rain

Not really handicapped accessible

Mostly well done accessible bathroom. Decent fridge. All comments, good and bad, are about the handicapped accessibility of the room.

The room was not very handicap friendly. The bed was way too high and there are no roll aways. Recliner requires use of legs to lower foot rest. Bathroom threshold not wheelchair friendly. Poorly thought out and appointed room for the handicapped. Also, there was a dental flosser in the corner of the bathroom from previous tenant.

Disappointing

No breakfast..Room very expensive for what you get..hard to get to location. No covered awning to enter under when raining..Parking lot had standing water. Very disappointing!

Pleasant ,comforable quite. I would stay again.

A very nice and comfortable hotel. Great and quite location. Full size fridge, place to cook. Bring your pots if you want to cook.

No pool.

The bed was horrible. I didn't like seeing pet hair on the furniture.

for what I was staying there for it was good.

Easy location to the interstate. it was clean and comfortable.

ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work. TV remote didn’t work. Someone on the floor I was staying on was smoking marijuana, you could smell it I. the hall.

for the 2 nights it was fine; rooms needed some updating/deep cleaning but for the price it was ok

the suite was spacious; kitchen a plus

the bathroom needed to be painted, the sheets/linens were scratchy and the bed was really hard.
