Great Stay

Very nice...location is centered nicely around dining and shops and I40....very clean and comfortable rooms. We were at another hotel on the other side of town and had a horrible experience so this definitely made up for it...Definitely use again when in Knoxville.

Will never book at any of these or any place that owns these again. Idc if it’s the beach or anywhere else.

Nothing never got to stay my money wasn’t good enough.

Between booking. Credit card verification by email and talking on phone all which got my address at every turn, my girlfriend who I was sending to have a night to herself without kids or any worries was denied access to staying there cause she was “local” even though it said no such thing in booking.com or their own website. Thanks. Sometimes people just want a night away and you failed to take a paying customer when you had room.

The noise level made it hard to sleep.

The staff was friendly.

The noise level in the rooms was very uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin and you could hear doors opening and closing all night. The property is also dog friendly and our neighbors had a dog that barked all night long keeping us awake.

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Die Dusche funktioniert super ohne Unterbruch und sauber war es auch. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

Road trip

Nice size rooms. Breakfast was served to you by an employee. Not a lot to choose from. Wide range of drinks at the front desk.

Room still had trash in the room. Close to the highway I could hear the road all night. Shower head leaked and sprayed water all over the floor.

Clean and comfortable

Good location, clean room

The breakfast was the worst feature of our stay. For some reason the buffet is now “guarded” from the guests. The woman was very sweet extremely polite, but she didn’t need to be there. There were not enough towels for two people. There was no representative at the front desk to give us a receipt for the stay.

Front desk staff was excellent. Housekeeping staff were ok, breakfast staff was poor.

Room cleanliness and condition was marginal at best. For example the carpet was badly stained. Housekeeping did not clean the room after our first night even after we requested it upon check in.

Front desk staff were nice and helpful. The property was also very clean.

The cleaning staff were loud down the hallways in the morning.

Overall our stay was ok. Good value for the money.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff.

Our room wasn’t very clean, particularly the bathroom. Toilet was leaking but maintenance fixed the problem quickly. Carpet felt sticky.

Star if Knoxville

From the moment we walked in the place was stunning! Staff just super nice and helpful! Room smelled clean and was clean. Tub was easy to get in and out of. Loved that breakfast was served to us and Linda was great!

Only 1 thing neither of us liked, and that was the bed seemed to hard, wasn't comfortable.

Not a horrible property but not as nice as the above 8 rating would suggest

great location. great breakfast. great price by comparison to other area hotels

older decor, rust & mildew visible. there were several live stinkbugs in our room we had to kill before going to sleep. the room keys wasn’t working properly and caused delays on getting to our event.

Clean, full breakfast. Front desk had to deal with Booking Customer Support to find my payment and were entirely courteous about it never once showing me, the customer, any frustration.

I was quite satisfied primarily because the wife complained about nothing.

2 ladies serving breakfast both mornings were exceptional with their service and attitude

forgot to tell the front desk-----the toilet leaks on floor when you flush. It needs a new donut! Room 144 @ Cedar Bluff facility.

Safe. Comfortable. Overall a great experience.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and room was clean. We drove in from out of state and arrived very late past our expected arrival time. The front desk was very understanding and got us checked in quickly when we got there. After a whole night of driving all I wanted was somewhere safe and comfortable to sleep for a few hours and this Baymont did exactly that. 100% recommend.

My stay was not enjoyable.

The staff was friendly. The staff was helpful.

They discriminate who they let rent rooms based on their geographical living situation. This was not specified during the booking process.

location

Room was not clean. had to pay $40 to have a pet in a room with mud on floors and general dirt in bathroom. staff said if the bed is made the room was cleaned. Really?
