The staff was AMAZING! They were some of the best hotel staff we have ever had from Hilton and Merriott. There was staff 24/7 in the building.
This is the only hotel we have stayed at that did not upgrade to smart TVs, which I do think with this day and age is necessary in this day and age.

The food at this hotel was amazing. We ordered room service for breakfast and supper and it was delivered quickly and was good and affordable.

The comfort and cleanliness. The sweet lady that worked that morning of our check-out was very kind and friendly. She has a real soft voice but was very sweet.
The evening front desk employees didn't acknowledge me when I stood there to check in. They continued their conversation first and then greet me with a “yes”.

It was clean and employees were friendly
I didn’t get clean towels until 1pm. My phone didn’t work in my room, so I couldn’t call to the front desk.
