Grounds, hotel , staff room were very good. Carpets in room a little stained otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, breakfast good for hotel self serve. Pet friendly.

We always enjoy the variety of breakfast options. The breakfast area is modern and had plenty of seating.
Our room was beginning to look worn out. The shower/tub insert had been cracked and repaired, but pretty shabby looking. Also, our check-in process didn't get completed properly and someone tried to come into our room in the middle of the night. Apparently, the from desk rented it to someone else, because it showed that the room was empty. Everything was worked out later, but Hampton did end up charging us two $25. incidental fees. We called and emailed many times (8 calls and 2 emails so far) to get these charges reversed. One incidental fee has been reversed and we are still trying to get the second $25. refunded.
