Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas - Hotel, Spa & Convention Center

Very easily accessible location, the entire property was clean and well maintained, the staff were all friendly and helpful during our entire stay. We will certainly stay here again.

the accommodations were great. I was charged for an early check in but was happy to get it.

I will never use booking.com again. They got the date wrong on my reservation by one day. I called them back as soon as they sent me the email. They said the contacted the Hotel and they were full. I made several calls back and forth between Hotel and Booking to no avail. Booking after 20-minute phone wait they hung up and never called back. I called them 3 times only to be put on hold after talking to the representee for 15 minutes 20 minutes and last time 45 minutes. Never again. all they had to do is change the date on my reservation or cancel it, neither happened so I was charged for a room i never used! From now on I will go straight to the hotel or use another third party but not Booking.com!

The staff were all friendly & they seem to care to meet my needs . I am on oxygen & they made sure I had a bottom floor room for ease with my machines , that makes a difference

It was clean and quiet. The room had excellent amenities. It was very close to the concert venue

Breakfast wasn't very good, broken shower, the bed was hard
