It was very clean, room smelled like bleach when we walked in which indicated to me it had been cleaned.
The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was very helpful and nice as well as the lady who was at the front desk in the morning when we left. The bed was comfortable and it had nice pillows and the automatically had extra blankets in the room if you needed them. The room was huge with a couch and king-size bed and nice little dividing wall between them plus even a little side area with a desk! The water pressure was incredible in this hotel, I felt like I was getting a massage from a regular shower head! The breakfast was pretty good too, pretty standard as free breakfasts go. I would definitely stay here again.
I brought an issue up to the lady at the desk and she took note of it and she said she would have housekeeping look at it ASAP which was our exhaust fan in the bathroom area wasn't working, that's just a maintenance thing.
I do think they need to brighten the lighting at the bathroom sinks somehow, putting on my makeup was interesting to say the least 🙃 but, I managed.
And when it comes to the breakfast, change the sausage, what you are serving right now, has no flavor🤮and appears to be steamed🤢,you can do better.

Location and rooms, facilities clean
Had to go out during storm and get quarters to do laundry because no change machine available, very scary and inconvenient. Returned to hotel soaked as I had to walk to other businesses to get quarters since frront desk had,none.

Only 1 elevator and no service elevator. Too many people trying to get an elevator and then the cleaning staff has their large cart. Very frustrating.
