Location and breakfast were fine, BUT...
They have some sort of compressor or machinery that causes vibrations that came right through the floor and the bed when I tried to sleep the first late afternoon. When the the air conditioning cycled on, it sounded like a motorcycle was idling outside. I had to shut it off to sleep at night. The refrigerator unit buzzed on and off like an alarm clock.
