The receptionist was amazing. Very courteous and polite. Great job with directions to our room and a pain free experience checking in and out. By the way breakfast even at 9am, was still really good.

Truly I would say the only thing that might have been just a little better was the elevator experience. Great wallpaper BTW but the power panel was on the first time going up to our room but the second time we came back up. No numbers. A little creepy lol other than that truly a really good experience for both my partner and I.

had a really bad experience with best western hotel. My fiancé and I stayed in this hotel in Kokomo Indiana for a wedding. We stayed for three nights in a row, and then we decided to stay an extra night because the hotel was very nice and comfortable. We made the booking online for the fourth night. We got a rate and after taxes, it was about $109. Since we were already at the hotel, we went to the front desk to check in early and the lady at the desk told us the room was not ready. Since it was so early, we find that we would just drive around and come back at three when check-in was supposed to be. On the email confirmation I received online it also said 3 PM. When we initially check in it was also three and we even got to check in early. Anyways, I get there at three to check in and the lady at the front desk exclaims to me that the maids are behind so I will not be able to check in until after 4 PM. My fiancé and I we’re already super tired and the only reason we decided to stay again was so that we could sleep for the drive home which was over four hours. The confirmation I received that the check in was at three that we expected to be able to check back in at three. I asked her if there was anything she could do if she could get us a different room or if she could give us some type of discount considering we were so far away from home and expected to be in at three. She tells me that she can get me a different room that is ready but it will be $50 more. This angered me quite a bit considering my room should’ve been ready at three and her solution to this problem was to have me pay more for a room that should’ve already been ready. I do that considering I had already booked online that my room should’ve been ready or she should just give me that other room considering mine is not. She tells me that she can go ahead and give me a refund for my room and I can go somewhere else. She exclaims to me that she doesn’t want my “bad blood” in her hotel. She’s the GM.

Property was great, Staff was also very friendly and helpful decent location on the edge of everything. So you're not far from Restaurants and the shops

The shower drain could use some drain no other than that it was a very good day

I liked that it was recently remodeled. It was affordable. It was clean.

Housekeeping cleaned my room, and the door didn't latch. All I did was push on the door and it opened. I liked getting fresh towels in the morning. They just threw the covers up and the blanket was hanging on the floor when they made the bed. There was only enough toilet paper on the roll for one use. I opened the other roll and sat it on the vanity and housekeeping never put it on the roll. They took the hand soap after the first night. I had to use bodywash the other 2 days. The tub was kind of stained. I don't think it was included in the remodel.

It was very pleasant stay. Staff was wonderful.
